We ask that a request for the repair be sent to your SPoC noting the MAC addresses of the phones being sent to our repair center. Once the request is received we will notify our repair center of the incoming shipment and the MAC addresses to confirm receipt of.

If your site needs updating more frequently than a weekly basis, consult your SPoC (single point of contact) about having a module designed to allow you to input new content as often as you want.
