We ask that a request for the repair be sent to your SPoC noting the MAC addresses of the phones being sent to our repair center. Once the request is received we will notify our repair center of the incoming shipment and the MAC addresses to confirm receipt of.
Each phone sent in will be charged 1 hour (100 USD) to assess the device. If a phone can be repaired, we will charge 1/2 an hour to make the repair. Of the 10% of phones that cannot be repaired, we will salvage the remaining parts for use in repair of your other phones. If at any time you would like to receive the remaining parts we will ship them to you at our cost.
When a phone is repaired, we will ship it back to you at our cost and provide an extended manufacturer warranty for 1 year. Any time during the year of extended warranty that the phone in question malfunctions, we will replace it free.
